CoCubes helps companies reduce cost, increase reach and student engagement. We help
colleges in Tier II cities differentiate themselves, get online and be visible to
companies, thus increasing placements. At the same time our portal help premier
colleges save 1000's of hours of TPO and student time by streamlining internal
communication by providing them with mailing, calendar and SMS utilities. Students
of registered colleges gain by getting access to quality material and information
and being able to showcase themselves using their global homepage link and online
video profile.

Team
Harpreet S. Grover
Co-Founder and CEO
Harpreet envisions bringing a paradigm shift in the Indian campus recruitment scenario
by using technology to drive efficiency. He believes that companies should engage
more with students who should be more aware to make a conscious career choice. He
has previously worked with Inductis, a management consulting firm, advising Fortune
500 clients in the financial services domain by using data analytics. Previously,
he founded an NGO called BePrepared, which looks at bridging the existing information
gap among students by creating an online interactive resource of interview, job
and career experiences. Harpreet graduated from IIT Bombay with a dual degree. Beyond
work he is a published photographer, poet and an amateur mountaineer.
Vibhore Goyal
Co-Founder and CTO
Vibhore worked at Microsoft Research Centre where he gathered a lot of insight into
the vast business opportunities which have come up in emerging markets, filing six
patents in his brief stint of 18 months. Post that he was founding member at Babajob,
a highly popular web 2.0 based platform which helps low-skilled people get jobs.
A hard core geek his areas of interest include security, networking and occasional
long drives. He completed his Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
Manish Mirchandani
Director - Technology
Manish graduated from IIT Bombay with a Dual Degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
Post this he worked with Rediff.com for three years on Data Mining & Information
Retrieval related research projects. He was the principal architect behind various
vertical search engines at Rediff. Manish is a long distance runner who regularly
enjoys an under 2 hour half marathon run.
Sanjay Arora
Chief Marketing Officer
Sanjay comes from a multi-disciplined background of over 20 years in Sales & Marketing
spanning across Advertising & Direct Marketing, Information Technology and Risk
Management industries. During a decade in advertising, Sanjay has worked with Interpub,
Mudra Group, Venture Direct & Contract Advertising and has managed brands like Aqua
Guard, Anacin, Forhans, Listerine, UTI, Lloyds Group amongst others. In his last
engagement at CRP, Sanjay grew Background Screening business ground up to around
100 large & mid-sized companies in a little over 3 years. ‘Out-of-the-Box'
thinking has been Sanjay's key differentiator to success and as a serious hobby
he likes to collect Ganesha idols in different forms, shapes and colours.
Gurpreet Singh
Director - Institutions
In his 12 years of experience, Gurpreet has been an entrepreneur for half of them.
In 2002 he joined the corporate world spending the next 6 years with Wipro BPO.
Handling operations initially, he was later responsible for campus recruitment,
driving a relatively untapped area which helped the organization optimize recruitment
costs besides opening up a new channel for the industry. Penetration up to tier
4 cities has lead Gurpreet to believe that there is abundant untapped talent in
this country waiting to be developed. Gurpreet is a Delhi University graduate and
is currently pursuing his MBA from XLRI. In his spare time he likes to read fiction,
write poetry and listen to music. He also loves to travel and explore new places
and cuisines.

Raghu Batta
Partner - Ojas Venture Capital Partners
Raghu joined Ojas Ventures in June 2008, after a five year stint at VantagePoint
Venture Partners (San Bruno, CA), with an investment focus on wireline/wireless
infrastructure-applications and digital media infrastructure. At VPVP, he was a
key member of team that led investments in Spatial Wireless (sold for $275M to Alcatel),
Widevine, Entrisphere (sold to Ericsson for $290M), LiveScribe, ProtoStar and Land
Innopath. He also sold two companies (Kagoor Networks to Juniper and Alopa Networks
to C-Cor), as a board member representing VantagePoint. Prior to VantagePoint, he
worked for over 11 years at various Data Comm and Telecoms companies in the San
Francisco Bay Area in Prod Mgmt, Business Development and M & A at various companies
that include Madge Networks, Bay Networks, Assured Access, Alcatel, and CopperCom.
Raghu has an MBA from Baruch College, New York and B.E from Manipal Institute of
Technology.
Gautam Balijepalli
Partner - Ojas Venture Capital Partners
Gautam has more than 12 years of experience in the technology sector in venture
investing, business development and software development. Prior to Ojas, he was
with the venture capital team at Nomura (NYSE: NMR), Japan's largest investment
bank, based in London. During his time at Nomura, he has syndicated investments
of around $60m. He led and managed investments in Compellent (NYSE: CML), Revivio
(Symantec) and NetForensics, as part of a team. Prior to Nomura, he gained experience
in Business Development at Sun Microsystems and had significant senior management
exposure while working on marketing initiatives for Sun's software products.
Gautam has experience in creating sales & marketing strategies targeted at CIOs
as well as consulting to them on strategic IT initiatives. He has also held roles
in consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (IBM) and software development at Infosys.
Gautam has a Bachelor's degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology,
Chennai and an MBA from London Business School.
Amanjeet Saluja
Vice President - Ocwen Financial Solutions
Amanjeet leads the Quantitative Analytics practice at Ocwen Asset Management. He
is responsible for building advanced analytical modelling capabilities for improving
servicing and investment funds performance. Prior to this, he was one of the founding
members of Analytics Services practice at Inductis where he was responsible for
strategic direction setting and business planning of the group as well as building
and running analytics operations. Prior to Inductis, he was a management consultant
at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and KPMG. He is a TIE Member and regular
writer / speaker in Analytics forums. He is an Engineer from Indian Institute of
Technology Kharagpur (IIT KGP) and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad
(IIMA)
Nikesh Shah
Business Manager, Europe - Infosys BPO
Nikesh has been with Infosys for more than 3 years now and was heading the Banking
and Capital Markets Solution Design team before moving to London to be the Business
Manager for Knowledge Services. He is responsible for growing the Knowledge Services
practice in Europe and providing strategic direction to offerings that Infosys should
develop and sell in this market. Prior to Infosys, he was a Senior management consultant
at Accenture India. He is an Electronics Engineer from Mumbai University and an
MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB)
Rajiv Raghunandan
Practise Lead - Infosys
Rajiv Raghunandan leads the sales & fulfillment operations outsourcing practice
at Infosys BPO. He is responsible for driving creation new service offerings in
this space and enhancing the domain orientation of the 3000+ people in the practice.
As part of this role he mentors a team of business managers, solution consultants
and operations managers in driving growth and ensuring delivery predictability of
the practice. He has been with the company since its very beginning (6+ years) and
has played a variety of roles across the outsourcing lifecycle namely sales, transition,
solutions, operations and transformation while being part of an exciting growth
journey from what was a small start-up to what is today a large global major in
process outsourcing. Prior to Infosys, Rajiv was a management consultant at Arthur
Andersen business consulting. He is a managing accountant and a post graduate in
management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB)

Vivek Agarwal
CEO, Liqvid
Vivek is committed to exploring how technology can be used to make high quality

for education & training throughout his professional career, and is committed to
making LIQVID a world class organization in the area of eLearning. Vivek has done
his MBA in 1995 from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, where
he majored in Finance and Business Strategy. He is a visiting faculty to the International
Management Institute, New Delhi. Towards the end of 1998, he saw a huge opportunity
to make a difference in the area of education by leveraging the newly emerging technologies
to provide high quality education to the masses in India and eGurucool was thus
born. eGurucool raised over US$11 million in venture capital financing and emerged
as the pioneer in the field of eLearning in India, combining a unique learning methodology
and a huge infrastructure of technology and content creation processes. The business
has now been acquired by India's leading education company, NIIT.
Srikanth N R
Head - Human Resources & Business Planning, Altran Technologies India
Srikanth leads the Human Resources and Business Planning function for Altran Technologies
in India. His responsibilities include strategic alignment of various human resources
and organizational policies and operational structures to support the business plan
of the organization. Prior to Altran, Srikanth was responsible for Workforce Management
& Global Learning and Development for MphasiS, an EDS company. In a career spanning
over 17 years, Srikanth has worked with companies like Infosys and IBM in key contributory
roles helping achieve their growth targets. He is a post graduate in Social Sciences
from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
Mentors
Dr. Abhijit Mukherjee
Director, Thapar University
Professor Abhijit Mukherjee graduated in Civil Engineering from Bengal Engineering
College in 1980. Thereafter he was associated with the Development Consultants where
he designed the nuclear power stations for the Department of Atomic Energy and rocket
launching stations for Indian Space Research Organisation. He earned Ph D from the
Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur in 1987. Professor Mukherjee joined Indian
Institute of Technology Bombay in 1988 as a lecturer. He has taken over the Directorship
of the Thapar University, Patiala since July 2006. His research interests are mechanics
of composites, structural rehabilitation and retrofitting, structural health monitoring,
and inverse problems of structural engineering. He has supervised twelve Ph D students
and fifty-two masters students. Professor Mukherjee has more than 130 publications
in archival international journals, and conferences.
