CoCubes.com is a firm based out of Gurgaon. The word CoCubes comes from the first two alphabets of three words, connecting colleges and companies. The idea is to bring a paradigm shift in campus recruitment by bringing all colleges (along with its students :-) ) and recruiters/training firms onto a single platform and creating a community. We are the pioneers/first movers in online campus recruitment and currently swamped with colleges wanting to go online and corporate looking for an efficient and effective campus recruitment process. Plus with client feedback from our existing ~40 online colleges and corporate brands, we are looking to expand our technical/business development team.

Graphic Designer

Someone with strong creative skills and 2-3+ years of experience in software product/portal/GUI design. At Co-Cubes you will spearhead the design for our new products and features. Your role includes working collaboratively with our engineering and marketing team to develop strong campaigns using your expertise in visual communication. You should have strong hands-on experience with Photoshop/Flash and understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS is preferred. This would be a lead role with lots of space for creativity and doing a wide range of work!

Corporate Business Development

We are looking for core sales team people (2 - 4+ years of sales experience) to bring onboard the top 100 Indian firms which recruit from campuses. A typical client profile would be VP/Head - HR/ Campus Recruitment Head of Top 100 Indian firms on the corporate front. Role includes being a part of an end to end solution, from strategy planning to capturing the India wide market. Ideal attributes would include prior experience in developing high-quality client relationships, exceeding sales quotas and exceptional presentation and communication skills. Given that we are the first ones to have identified this market need, this is a very challenging role with equally high rewards.

Business Development - MBA Colleges

One of CoCubes main areas of focus includes MBA colleges. We have the likes of IILM onboard and we would be their official online campus recruitment partners for the coming placement season. What we are looking for is an MBA educated business development person to bring onboard the top MBA brands of India onboard on CoCubes.com. A typical client profile would be Placement Head/Director/Chairman at colleges/universities. This is an end to end role with complete responsibility for deliverables. Ideal attributes would include interest in the campus recruitment and exceptional presentation and communication skills. Given that we are the first ones to have identified this market need, this is a very challenging role with equally high rewards.

Business Development - Graduate Colleges

One of the recent major shifts in the recruitment industry shall see IT companies recruiting from graduate colleges as opposed to engineers. This automatically makes graduate colleges as one of the most critical segments to get onboard and that too quickly!! If you are a graduate from a Top tier graduate college and have interest in convincing Principal/Directors of graduate colleges across the country, we are looking for you. This is an end to end role with complete responsibility for deliverables. Ideal attributes would include interest in the campus recruitment and exceptional presentation and communication skills. Given that we are the first ones to have identified this market need, this is a very challenging role with equally high rewards.

Operations Management

CoCubes operates on an annual subscription model and it is extremely crucial for us to have recurring revenues by ensuring that we execute well on the India wide contracts we have from companies for online recruitment from 100's of colleges. Bringing a college online along with 300-400 students and driving usage is no mean task and would require someone who loves to build relationships and understand people. As we grow this would mean setting up new units to drive revenues and at the same time ensuring that on the ground feedback reaches the technical/sales team. Someone with strong process oriented mindset and ability to lead a large team would be an ideal candidate.

Content

Perhaps the most essential and difficult value to achieve for a website is to engage its end user. This is a lead role which would involve building India's best content for students, researching to build CoCubes brand as the thought leader in campus recruitment space (create 'India wide Ranking of MBA, Engineering and Graduate colleges' etc). Growth scope would include collaborating with relevant content providers across the country (Vault, Hewitt, leading MBA coaching brands etc) to increased traction among students and supplement our current revenue model.
