Dreams are today's answers to tomorrow's questions Those pictures and memories of our childhood still brighten up our eyes and take us to the enchanting days when we were kids. All of us want to go back to the Childhood days but unfortunately Brajesh Sen is not one of them. Brajesh Sen from Navalgaon (MP) was born in a joint family and the only earning member in the family was his father who worked at a salary of Rs 30 per day. “We were going through the worst face of life and could not see any ray of hope, but still my father fought like a warrior, survived and somehow managed to take care of the entire family” says Brajesh Sen.
At a tender age of 10 years Brajesh was juggling between two tasks as different as night and day of taking the family cattle to farms and at the same time ensuring that his studies do not suffer. Since there was no electricity in his home, he had to finish his studies while his cattle were grazing in the farms. The school in his village could support studies up to class 5th post which lot of village kids left studies. But Resistance fed Brajesh and made him stronger. Now this time Brajesh was walking 4 kms each side to attend classes. Studying after Class 12th was just a dream for Brajesh with no possibility of it being fulfilled. But as they say “Dreams are today's answers to tomorrow's questions”, he had already started looking for the right answers. The fee for graduation was about Rs 8000/- per year and to save that much amount, Brajesh would have to work in the farms for the next 6 – 8 months. While he started sweating it out in the farms, he got to know about the education loans. This ray of hope took Brajesh to the bank in another village. After waiting at the bank for about a week, he was allowed to meet the manager and was out rightly refused the loan. He stood there and could not believe that this was the end of it. He waited another few days to meet the branch head of the bank and told his story. On a promise of excellent performance, the bank manager promised to offer him the much needed loan to pursue his dreams. While at college he taught tuitions to manage his daily expenses. But the road was still filled with rough patches. From ragging to lack of communication to etiquettes, he faced it all. “I realized academic is not the only thing which will help me succeed and will get me selected in a good company” says Brajesh. He sailed though his engineering with brilliant marks, scholarship and a promising career ahead. He always dreamt of giving a good quality of living to his family. Today he works at CoCubes.com and is really proud of his achievements. “I understand every single man has a personal dream but my personal dream has been fulfilled when I completed my graduation and started working at CoCubes.com. My entire family sacrificed themselves in many ways and now it’s my turn to pay them back in a big way.” He has completed a year in the corporate world and believes that the experience has taught him how to navigate through the paths of life. Struggling doesn’t bother him anymore and he understands that working hard on the given platform will help him get higher. In future Brajesh wants to support at least one guy from his village and help him connect all the dots in his career. He wishes to be a leading expert in his field and a competent leader.
